REASONS OF JUDGMENT: The Court hereby finds in favor of the plaintiffs in the amount of $1,100,000 subject to the $500,000 liability cap as required by law. The plaintiffs are further awarded out-of-pocket expenses in the amount of $824.14. Finally, pursuant to the stipulation, the plaintiff is awarded $4,158.00 in past lost wages.
