OPINION : Based upon the above and foregoing, the court finds in favor of the plaintiff, Leisha Bertrand, and against the defendant, the City of Lake Charles, with respect to Ms. Bertrand's FMLA claims. The parties will be ordered to submit brie fs and supporting documentation to assist the court in determining the portion of Ms. Bertrand's retirement benefits attributable to contributions by the City. Ms Bertrand will also be directed to file a Motion for Attorney Fees. Thereafter, Judgment will be entered against the City. Signed by Judge Patricia Minaldi on 5/3/2012. (crt,Kennedy, T)
