JUDGMENT ADOPTING 20 Report and Recommendations, IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff's claims against District Judge G. Michael Canaday; "District Attorney"; and sex offender assessment administrator Mike Monic herein be DISMISSED WITH PR EJUDICE as frivolous, for failure to state a claim for which relief may be granted and for seeking monetary relief against defendants who are immune from suit; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff's claims against Robin Doxy and Kris (a/k/a Chris) McCown be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to plaintiff's right to reopen this suit once the Heck conditions are met.
