Killingsworth attached to 35 Memorandum in Opposition to Motion filed by Dolgencorp L L C, should be granted in part and denied in part; and the 11 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Dolgencorp L L C will be denied, as the plaintiffs have created a fact issue as to whether the clothing rack was unreasonably dangerous and whether Dolgencorp exercised reasonable care.
