MEMORANDUM RULING: The Court finds that Trinity and Schuff were not improperly joined as defendants in this action. Because Trinity and Schuff were properly joined and defeat diversity, this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' 20 Motion to Remand is hereby GRANTED.
