absence of any objections, this Court concludes that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and
Recommendation (Record Document 147) is correct and adopts the findings and
conclusions therein as its own.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Cross-Defendant Travelers
Indemnity Company of America’s (“Travelers”) Motion to Dismiss (Record Document 143)
is GRANTED, and Cross-Claimant Entergy Louisiana, LLC’s claims against Travelers are
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
