MEMORANDUM RULING AND ORDERED re 5 MOTION to Dismiss For Failure to State a Claim filed by Bechtel Corp. ORDERED that the plaintiff be allowed 30 days from the date of this Order to Amend his complaint to allege with specificity the actions and/or inactions of the Defendant and the Louisiana laws alleged violated by such actions. Failure to comply with this order will result in the granting of Defendant's 12(b)(6) motion and the dismissal of this lawsuit.
