IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Petitioner’s application for a
Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 is DENIED and DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE for failure to exhaust administrative remedies.
