JUDGMENT: The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge 23 having been considered, together with the written objections 24 and reply 27 filed with this Court, and after a de novo review of the record, finding that the Magistrate Judge& #039;s Report and Recommendation, except to the extent set forth in this Court's Ruling 28 , is correct and that judgment as recommended therein is warranted, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss 19 , i s GRANTED. Plaintiff's claims of retaliation and intentional infliction of emotional distress are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's claims of sexual discrimination is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
