Inc., is GRANTED, and judgment is entered in favor of Defendant and against Plaintiffs,
Thomas and Thelma Callaway, DISMISSING, with prejudice, Plaintiffs’ claims in their
entirety. Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6).
