FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dism iss [doc. 7] is granted in part, denied in part, and judgment is entered in favor of defendant dismissing with prejudice plaintiff's claims. FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dimiss [doc. 8] is granted and defendant, Ruston City Court, is dism issed from the case. FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss [doc. 9] is granted in part, denied in part, and judgment is entered in favor of defendants dismissing with prejudice plaintiff's claims. FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss [doc. 29] is granted and judgment is entered in favor of defendants, Louisiana Tech University and Louisiana Tech University Police Dept, dismissing without prejudice plaintiff's claims, and plaintiff's claims against Louisiana Tech Chief o f Police Randal Hermes, Louisiana Tech Assistant Chief of Police Bill Davis, and Louisiana Tech Police Officers Randy Gay and Tim Holstead are dismissed with prejudice.
