IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREE that the instant Petition for Writ of
Mandamus be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for lack of jurisdiction, and WITHOUT
PREJUDICE to Petitioner’s right to seek habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2254.
