JUDGMENT
For the reasons set forth in this Court’s Ruling,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Motion for Partial
Summary Judgment Regarding Speed [Doc. No. 191] filed by Union Pacific Railroad Co.
(“Union Pacific”) is GRANTED. The Taylor Entities and any other opposing parties are
precluded from presenting testimony or arguing to the jury in support of a claim or defense that
Union Pacific was negligent based on the speed of the train at the time of the collision at issue.
