IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Robinson’s Petition for
Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 [Doc. No. 1] is hereby DENIED and
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
