IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff’s claims against the
Caldwell Correctional Center, Caldwell Parish Sheriff Steve May, Warden David Callender, Sgt.
Curtis, GEO and the Louisiana Department of Corrections are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
Plaintiff’s other claims remain pending.
