JUDGMENT
The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge having been considered,
together with the written objections thereto filed with this Court, and, after a de novo review of
the record, finding that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation is correct and that
judgment as recommended therein is warranted,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss
for Failure to State a Claim Upon Which Relief Can Be Granted [Doc. No. 4] is GRANTED,
Plaintiff’s federal claims are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff’s
remaining claims arising under the laws of the State of Louisiana are hereby DISMISSED
WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
