JUDGMENT ADOPTING 1 Complaint filed by Lorenzo Jones, 10 Amended Complaint filed by Lorenzo Jones, 19 Report and Recommendations, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs civil rights claims seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief for his all egedly unconstitutional conviction and sentence be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as frivolous under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e) until such time as the Heck conditions are met. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs civil rights claims against Alex Rubenstien, District Attorney Charles Scott,and Assistant District Attorney Jason Brown be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as frivolous under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs civil rights claim against the State of Louisiana be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
