MEMORANDUM RULING re 11 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Clent Rambin, Larry C Deen, Cedric D Payne, Sheriffs Office Bossier Parish. For the reasons stated, Plaintiff's claims for unlawful entry are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff's claims of excessive force against Deputy Payne is dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff's claims against Sheriff Deen in his individual and official capacity are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff's claims against the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office is dismissed with prejudice. The remainder of Plaintiff's claims involve a genuine dispute of material facts.
