MEMORANDUM RULING: Viewing the summary judgment evidence in a light most favorable to the plaintiffs, the court concludes that no reasonable factfinder could find that Tyson breached any provisions of the contract between it and the Registers. Accordingly, Tyson's motions for summary judgment 16 , 17 and 18 are GRANTED. All claims by the plaintiffs against Tyson Food, Inc. are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
