MEMORANDUM RULING: IT IS ORDERED that the Daubert motions filed by defendant Certain Teed Corporation and defendant Beazer East, Inc. #114 and #116 are GRANTED, and Daubert motions filed by defendant Georgia-Pacific #123 is GRANTED IN PART, DENIED IN PART. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motions for summary judgment filed by Certain Teed, Beazer, Georgia-Pacific, and defendant Union Carbide Corporation #113 , #118 , #122 and #124 are GRANTED, and all of the plaintiffs claims against Certain Teed, Beazer, Georgia-Pacific, and Union Carbide are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the third-part complaints of Certain Teed, Beazer, and Georgia-Pacific against the Celotex Asbestos Settlement Trust and Claims Resolution Management Corporation #49 and #51 are DISMISSED.
