MEMORANDUM RULING: Based on the foregoing analysis, the defendants met the liberal "good cause" standard under FRCP 55(c). Accordingly, the defendants' 17 MOTION to Set Aside Default is GRANTED, and Joe Hand's 13 MOTION for Default Judgment is DENIED.
