MEMORANDUM RULING: Before the Court are 7 Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative, Motion to Transfer for Improper Venue/Division and 11 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defendant, Cassandra Thompson. Plaintiffs, John LaCour Sr and Lou ise LaCour, consented to a transfer of division, but did not file an opposition to Thompson's Motion for Summary Judgment. Thompson's 7 Motion to Dismiss is DENIED. For the reasons stated herein, 11 MOTION for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. Plaintiff's claims against Thompson are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Signed by Judge Donald E Walter on 7/16/2014.
