IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that plaintiff’s claims against Bayou
Dorcheat Correction Center are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that plaintiff’s request
to be transferred is DISMISSED AS MOOT.
