Judgment [Record Document 32] filed by defendants, Warden John Lewis and Deputy
Martin, is GRANTED, and that plaintiff’s claims against defendants, Warden John Lewis
and Deputy Martin are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Fed. R. Civ. P. 56.
