ORDER adopting in part and declining to adopt in part 15 Report and Recommendations re 12 Amended Complaint filed by Ronnie Joseph Reagan. The Plaintiff is ORDERED to amend his complaint by 10/31/2019 to more fully set forth his particular clai m and the medical care he has received for this complaint while in custody. Aside from the remaining issue, the Court agrees with the Magistrate Judge's findings and his conclusion that the remaining claims be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for being frivolous and for failing to state a claim upon which relief may be granted under 28 U.S.C. §1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii).
