To the extent that it seeks dismissal of any claims that properly belong to Y S it is DENIED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Shandra Smith appear and jo in in this matter as Plaintiff on behalf of Y S no later than Friday, March 9, 2018 (Compliance Deadline set for 3/9/2018). It is FURTHER ORDERED that if Shandra Smith does not appear in this matter by 3/9/2018, that Katie Smith shall appear by Friday, April 6, 2018 (Second Compliance Deadline set for 4/6/2018).
