Hanna for report and recommendation. After an independent review of the record, and consideration of the lack of objections filed, this Court concludes that the Magistrate Judge's report and recommendation is correct and adopts the findings and conclusions therein as its own. Accordingly, IT IS THEREFORE ORDEREDthat decision of the Commissioner the decision of the Commissioner be REVERSED AND REMANDED for further administrative proceedings pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). In particular, the severity of Ms. Turner's mental impairments, alone and in combination with other impairments should be evaluated.
