ORDER: For the reasons stated in this Court's 31 Ruling on Objections and 32 Order, as well as the reasons cited by plaintiff in his 38 Response to the foregoing Ruling and Order: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's claim against Mr Arceneaux, asserted pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983, is DISMISSED sua sponte. All claims over which this Court had original subject matter jurisdiction have now been dismissed.
