OR DER Before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion For Acceptance Of Proposed Plan Of Work [Rec. Doc. 23] setting out the deadlines in order to prepare this case for trial on November 21, 2011, with the backup trial date on November 28, 2011 and the pretrial conference on October 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. It is ORDERED that the Motion [Rec. Doc. 23] is GRANTED and the Court accepts the parties' proposed Joint Plan of Work. The attorneys for the parties are advised as the foregoing schedule and deadlines imposed thereby are of their own making, with the exception of the date of the trial and pretrial conference, short of a force majeure, no request for the extension of a deadline will be looked on favorably by the Court nor will such request be granted.
