OPINION -Considering the foregoing, this Court concludes Zurich properly denied plaintiff's claim for benefits under the Basic Policy and the Supplemental Policy, and plaintiff's claims against defendants, therefore, are DENIED AND DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
