MEMORANDUM RULING: Currently pending before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 15], filed on behalf of defendant, Evangeline Parish School Board. By way of its motion, defendant seeks dismissal with prejudice of all claims brought agai nst it by plaintiff. For the following reasons, the motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The 15 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED to the extent it seeks dismissal of plaintiff's claim for disparate treatment; the motion is DENIED to the extent it seeks dismissal of plaintiff's claims of hostile work environmental and failure to provide reasonable accommodations.
