The motion is GRANTED to the extent it seeks dismissal of plaintiffs 9; claims asserted pursuant to the Wage Payment Act, the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practice and Consumer Protection Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, and unjust enrichment. The motion is DENIED to the extent it seeks dismissal of plaintiffs' c laims for conversion, breach of contract, detrimental reliance, and fraud. Additionally, plaintiffs are hereby GRANTED LEAVE to file a supplemental complaint with regard to their claims for breach of contract and fraud within 15 days of this ruling.
