JUDGMENT ADOPTING 11 Report and Recommendations. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Commissioner's decision is REMANDED TO THE Commissioner for further administrative action pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42, USC Secti on 405(g). This includes, but does not limit, sending the case to the hearing level with instructions to the Administrative Law Judge to evaluate all of the medical records for the relevant time period, particularly in light of her diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure and decreased visual acuity.
