MEMORANDUM RULING re 13 MOTION for Summary Judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DEFERRED IN PART. The motion is GRANTED to the extent it seeks dismissal of plaintiffs claims of unlawful retaliation in violation of Title VII and the LEDL; the motion is DEFERRED to the extent it seeks dismissal of plaintiffs claims of hostile work environment in violation of Title VII and the LEDL. Within five (5) days of issuance of this Ruling, the parties may submit supplemental briefing, no more than five ( 5) pages in length, addressing whether there exists a genuine issue of material fact as to: (1) whether defendant exercised reasonable care to prevent and correct promptly any sexually harassing behavior, and (2) whether the plaintiff unreasonably fa iled to take advantage of any preventative or corrective opportunities provided by defendant or failed to avoid harm otherwise.
