ORDER AND SUGGESTION OF REMAND adopting (2084) Report and Recommendation in case 6:11-md-02299-RFD-PJH; adopting (90) Report and Recommendation in case 6:12-cv-00411-RFD-PJH. Accordingly, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407 and Rule 10.1(b) for the M ultidistrict Litigation, this Court suggests that this action be remanded to the transferor district court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
