MEMORANDUM RULING re 1 Bankruptcy Appeal, filed by Shannon Jude Wilkerson. The Court AFFIRMS the Bankruptcy Court's Order entered February 28, 2012 revoking Wilkerson's Chapter 7 discharge. Further, after a review of the record, and of the substance of the motion filed by Wilkerson, this Court does not find that the Bankruptcy Court abused its discretion in denying Wilkersons Motion for a New Trial or Alternatively, to Allow Additional Evidence. Therefore, this Court AFFIRMS the B ankruptcy Courts Order entered May 8, 2012. Pursuant to Rule 8016(a) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to prepare, sign, and enter judgment upon receipt of and in accordance with this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
