MEMORANDUM ORDER regarding 6 MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. As provided in the foregoing, the Court concludes that the motion to dismiss should be granted for want of personal jurisdiction. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss filed by defendants, Pro-West Contractors L L C and Robert Gilman, is GRANTED and the plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for want of personal jurisdiction.
