MEMORANDUM RULING re 10 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 Complaint, filed by John Bruce Robin. Considering the foregoing, this Court concludes the magistrate judge properly reversed the ALJ in this matter and remanded the matter to the Commi ssioner with an instruction to make an award of benefits. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Commissioners decision is REVERSED and REMANDED to the Commissioner for further administrative action pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. §405( g), and the Commissioner is ORDERED to grant the plaintiffs application for Supplemental Security Income and to compute and pay an award of benefits beginning March 25, 2006, all for the reasons set forth in the magistrate judges Report and noting the further clarifications contained herein.
