JUDGMENT ADOPTING 12 Report and Recommendations, It is therefore ORDERED that the decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration Commissioner is REVERSED and REMANDED for further administrative action under sentence four of 42 USC Section 405(g), specifically for the purpose of (1) determining whether the claimant's impairments meet or equal a listing; (2) properly weighing medical opinions; and (3) reevaluating the claimant's residual functional capacity.
