MEMORANDUM RULING regarding #67 Report and Recommendation. The magistrate judge has completed a comprehensive analysis of all legal issues involved, and this Court has conducted a de novo review of all legal issues to which objections have been made. This Court AFFIRMS the findings of the magistrate judge. For the foregoing reasons, and for the additional reasons set forth in the well-reasoned and meticulously cited Report of the magistrate judge, IT IS ORDERED that the following motions are GRANTED: #7 Motion to Dismiss filed by the Diocese, Teurlings, Boyer, Boyer, Baudier & Dugas, #8 Motion to Dismiss filed by Bajat & LCG, #18 Motion to Dismiss filed by Menard, #35 Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint filed by the Diocese, Teurlings, Boyer, Baudier & Dugas, #43 Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint filed by Bajat & LCG, and #61 Motion to Dismiss Supplemental Complaints filed by LCG, Bajat & Craft. All federal claims filed by the plaintiffs against the defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the #60 Motion to Strike Second Supplemental Complaint filed by Bajat, LCG & Craft is DISMISSED AS MOOT, the #73 Motion for Leave to File a Motion to Strike is GRANTED, however, the Motion to Strike is DENIED AS MOOT.
