ORDER: For the reasons stated in the #76 Memorandum Ruling dated 9/15/2014, and for the additional reasons set forth in #67 Report and Recommendation of the magistrate judge, IT IS ORDERED the following motions are GRANTED: #7 Motion to Dismiss, #8 Motion to Dismiss, #35 Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint, #43 Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint, and #61 Motion to Dismiss Supplemental Complaints. Considering the foregoing, all federal claims filed by the plaintiffs against the defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the #60 Motion to Strike Second Supplemental Complaint is DISMISSED AS MOOT. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the #73 Motion for Leave to File a Motion to Strike is GRANTED, however, the Motion to Strike is DENIED AS MOOT.
