JUDGMENT ADOPTING 32 Report and Recommendations. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED and REMANDED for further administrative action under sentence four of 42 USC Section 405(g), specific ally for the purpose of (1) documenting the date on which the claimant applied for Social Security benefits; (2) documenting the date on which the claimant alleges that she became disabled; (3) reevaluating the claimant's residual functional capacity; and (4) obtaining the testimony of a vocational expert regarding whether there are jobs available in the economy that the claimant can perform.
