MEMORANDUM RULING For the reasons provided herein, plaintiffs' 24 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment on the Issue of Liability of McGee's Landing, Inc. and on the Issue of Limitation of Liability of McGee's Landing, Inc. is GRANT ED, and: (1) McGee's is adjudged liable for the damages resulting to plaintiffs arising out of McGee's negligence; and (2) McGee's petition for limitation of liability is DISMISSED.
