JUDGMENT ADOPTING 29 Report and Recommendations. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Commissioner decision is REMANDED to the Commissioner for further administrative action pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 USC Section 405(g). This includes, but does not limit, sending the case to the hearing level with instructions to the Administrative Law Judge to consider claimant's non-external impairment of pain and to consider the side effects of his medical in his residual functional capacity assessment.
