JUDGMENT ADOPTING 21 Report and Recommendations. IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Commissioners decision is REVERSED and REMANDED, pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and the Commissioner shall reevaluate the severity of the claimants alleged impairments, reevaluate the claimants residual functional capacity, and reevaluate whether the claimant has been disabled since July 28, 2011.
