JUDGMENT ADOPTING 12 Report and Recommendations. Accordingly, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Commissioner's decision is REMANDED to the Commissioner for further administrative action pursuant to the fourth sentence o f 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). This includes, but does not limit, sending the case to the hearing level with instructions to the Administrative Law Judge to sent claimant for a consultative examination regarding her knee impairments and rheumatoid arthr itis and to consider the side effects of her medications in the residual functional capacity assessment.
