JUDGMENT ADOPTING Considering the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Attorneys Fees 30 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART, as set forth in the magistrate judges Report and Recommendation 43 . IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the amount of a ttorneys fees to be awarded to Romero is hereby REFERRED to the magistrate judge for consideration and recommendation. The magistrate judge shall prepare a Report recommending the amount to be awarded to Romero in consideration of the appropriate standards and evidence to be submitted by the parties.
