JUDGMENT ADOPTING 10 Report and Recommendations. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Commissioner's decision is REVERSED and REMANDED to the Commissioner for further administrative action pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 USC Section 405(g). More specifically, the Commissioner is instructed to (1) determine whether the claimants carpal tunnel syndrome is a severe impairment, (2) determine whether the claimant has an impairment or a combination of impairments that meets or equals a listing, (3) determine the claimants residual functional capacity; (4) determine whether the claimant can perform her past relevant work and, if not, determine whether the claimant can perform any other work.
