JUDGMENT ADOPTING 11 Report and Recommendations. Accordingly, after an independent review of the record, including the objections filed here, this Court concludes that the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is adopted in all respec ts other than the finding and conclusion limiting the award of benefits "through her date last insured of September 30, 2012." IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Commissioner's decision is REVERSED, and claimant is awarded benefits as of her onset date of December 1, 2010. Signed by Judge Richard T Haik, Sr on 8/10/15.
