JUDGMENT ADOPTING 11 Report and Recommendations IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Commissioners decision is REVERSED and REMANDED to the Commissioner for further administrative action pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U. S.C. § 405(g). More particularly, the Commissioner is instructed to (1) properly weigh the medical source opinions; (2) properly evaluate the claimants credibility; (3) determine the claimants residual functional capacity; (4) determine whether the claimant can perform her past relevant work; and, (5) if the claimant cannot perform her past relevant work, determine whether the claimant can perform any other work. This remand includes, but does not limit, sending the case to the hearing le vel with instructions to the Administrative Law Judge to order an updated consultative examination of the claimant or an evaluation by claimant's treating physician. Additionally, the claimant shall be afforded the opportunity to submit additional evidence and to testify at a supplemental hearing. Signed by Judge Rebecca F Doherty on 3/3/16. (crt,Guidry, C)
